Welcome to Red Fitness Lounge ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (www.redfitnesslounge.com) or participating in our gym services, personal training, or membership programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or training package. Minors may participate with a signed parental or guardian consent form.
Memberships and training packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
You acknowledge that participation in any fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or health complications.
You agree that Red Fitness Lounge, its owners, trainers, and staff are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in our programs.
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and participation is at your own risk.
Members must follow all gym rules and trainer instructions.
Proper gym attire is required at all times.
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or any actions that disrupt the training environment may result in termination of membership without refund.
Personal training sessions and group classes require advance booking and may be subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule; failure to do so may result in loss of that session.
Members must use equipment properly and report any damages or malfunctions.
Members must wipe down equipment after use and return it to its designated area.
Lockers are available for temporary use, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
All membership fees, personal training packages, and class packages purchased at Red Fitness Lounge are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for:
Unused sessions.
Early membership cancellation.
Inability to attend due to personal circumstances (relocation, schedule changes, etc.).
If a member experiences an injury or medical condition preventing participation, they may request:
Membership Hold/Extension – Requires a doctor’s note and approval from management.
Session Transfer – If permitted, the remaining sessions may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
Members must submit a written request for medical-related extensions.
Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and must include an estimated return date.
10-session and 20-session packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.
72-session packages are designed for 6 months and must be used within that period.
144-session packages (year-long membership) expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased.
Packages are based on an estimated usage of 3 sessions per week. If a member chooses to attend more frequently (e.g., 4-5 sessions per week), they may use up their sessions sooner.
Expired sessions cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.
If a member with a 10-session or 20-session package does not attend for 3 consecutive months, their remaining sessions will expire unless they have responded with a return date.
Jamie (or management) will attempt to contact the member before expiration. However, if there is no response, the sessions will be forfeited.
This policy is in place because training time slots are reserved, and if a client does not return, it impacts availability for other members.

Personal Details: Name, phone number, email, and emergency contact information.
Payment Information: Securely processed through third-party payment processors.
Health & Fitness Information: Provided voluntarily for training purposes.

Contact you regarding account status or promotions.
We implement strict security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To authorized third-party service providers who assist in gym operations.
You have the right to:
Access and update your personal data.
Opt out of marketing communications.
Request data deletion (subject to membership or legal obligations).

You agree not to:
Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Use the site for fraudulent purposes.
