Kettle Suspension - Kettle bell training superset with TRX training - swings, pass through, balance and stability exercises to challenge not only your physical but mental condition. 60 min of body conditioning and strength exercises that when combined with the TRX, guarantee total results and calorie burning. Suspension training is the newest type of strength and conditioning created by a Navy Seal to help get his workouts in when no weights or machines were around.

Garage Training - Thats right, training in an enclosed environment where your typical endurance training is thrown out and moved into the garage.
