Christy Ferrari has been an athletic fitness coordinator for 7 years teaching group exercise classes, as well as having a Personal Training Certification for the past 2 years so she could focus more on the individual and their responses and needs to all types of training.
Christy likes to focus on multiple platforms such as TRX, Strength Training, Corrective Exercise, Athlete Specific Training and Weight Loss. She enjoys mixing up the routines and sessions so it never gets boring for her clients.
Christy has taught classes such as Fit camp, Boot camp, Pump and AB, as well as Spinning which is her true passion along with outdoor cycling. Christy Is welcoming new clients and small group classes for those looking to transform their body’s inside and out while creating powerful results.
